And to give you an incentive, we have developed a substantial Buyer Rebate Program to reward you up to half of our commissions for your efforts, in the form of non-cash credit to be used for closing costs, other fees, services or merchandise. This cutting-edge program gives you the opportunity to put money in your pocket for doing something you would have done anyway.

Longmire Realty Buyer Rebate Program Contract
Buyer will receive 50% of Longmire Realty’s commission (Up to 1.5% of sale price)—less .0015 of the sales price—in the form of a non-cash credit to be used for seller and listing agent approved closing costs or applicable price reduction, other pre-paid fees such as the inspection cost or appraisal, services or merchandise.
To receive this rebate, all terms below must be met:
- Buyer can be shown homes on 3 different business days (unlimited homes) and/or writes 3 contracts or less with Longmire Realty.
- Buyer may go with Longmire Realty to final choices of homes 1 times for a total of 4 business days to select home. Buyer can be shown any other homes by the listing agents that represent those listings. Buyer will tell listing agents that Longmire Realty is representing them.
- Buyer must sign a Buyer’s Brokerage Agreement (time period of 6 months), which entitles Longmire Realty to legally express opinions about the homes on Buyer’s list and represent Buyer in transaction.
- For Sale by Owner homes will be excluded from the Agreement unless Longmire Realty finds and shows the home to Buyer. A copy of the For Sale by Owner’s flyer will be attached to this contract.
- Upon faxed receipt of Buyer’s Brokerage Agreement and this Contract, Longmire Realty will set up interviews with two of our buyer’s agents so Buyer may choose with whom they want to work. All of Longmire Realty’s buyer’s agents are knowledgeable, experienced and exclusive in the buyer’s agent industry.
Should Buyer desire or need to see more homes for more than 3 business days with Longmire Realty, the following Buyer Rebate structure will apply:
- 4 days (unlimited homes) and/or contracts written :45%
- 5 days or contracts written: 40%
- 6 days or contracts written: 35%
- 7 days and/or contracts written: 30%
- 8 days and/or contracts written: 25%
- 9 days and/or contracts written: 20%
- 10 or more days OR period of viewings over 2 months $500.00
The 2 month periods stated in the above rebate structure starts when the first listing is shown. Buyer will initial all listings shown and Longmire Realty will staple listings to contract to keep an accounting of the number of the houses shown.
The closing cost and or pre-paid cost will settle at the time of closing; all non-cash commission credit certificates will be granted within 5 days of closing and can be picked up at 330 Mallory Station, Dr. Ste G27, Franklin, TN 37067; or will be mailed to an address that Buyer provides.
Upon choosing a buyer’s agent, the buyer’s agent will perform an initial custom search for Homes using criteria provided by Buyer and send this information to Buyer.
Subsequently, Buyer may view active listings currently on the market at www.Realtracs.com or www.Realtor.com. Upon request, each week the buyer’s agent will send a link to any new listings that become available matching Buyer’s search criteria.
